Life Coaching
I am very excited that you are serious about partnering with me to accomplish your goals. As a reminder, I am a certified life coach and not a medical doctor or therapist.
Life coaching sessions are able to be done in person or through video conferencing and therefore can conveniently be facilitated from any part of the country*.
Your initial 30-minute Session is free!
Once contracted, each Coaching Session will last 50 minutes and be supported by a follow-up e-mail summarizing our points for action.
Cost per session: $125.00 and includes the follow-up email summary
Silver Package Includes
- 4 Sessions (1 per week)
- Weekly follow-up emails (4)
$485.00 ~ PLUS ~ ONE 15-minute check-in phone call.
Gold Package Includes:
- 8 Sessions (1 per week)
- Weekly follow-up email (8)
$950.00 ~ PLUS ~ TWO 15-minute check-in phone calls.
Platinum Gold Package Includes:
- 12 Sessions (1 per week)
- Weekly follow-up email (12)
$1425.00 ~ PLUS ~ THREE 15-minute check-in phone calls and a Promotional Gift!
